- CA / CFA or CIMA)
- 3-5 years’ experience managing a team
- Work experience in corporate or acquisition finance, private equity, or transaction advisory services firm.
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate findings to team members and clients
- Ability collaborate with team and clients
- New project development (concept to execution)
- Familiar with performance management techniques including KPI development and adherence
- Responsible for assisting with strategic planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of the finance business unit
- Responsibility for choosing appropriate, best practice valuation models for a broad range of financial instruments; including derivatives, employee share schemes, BEE deals, financial guarantees, etc.
